We are hiring a Sales Rep to open conversations with youth sports organizations across the country.

This is business to business. You are calling club directors, facility owners, tournament operators and league administrators. Not parents, not athletes. These are people running an organization, and the conversation is about their business: how their families currently handle recruiting, what it costs them, and what they are leaving on the table.

Your job is simple:

Call the organization → start a real conversation → book the decision-maker onto a demo with our closer.

• Call youth sports organizations from a list that is already built, researched and loaded into the CRM
• Have real conversations with club directors, facility owners and event operators about how recruiting works for their athletes today
• Identify which organizations are a genuine fit and which are not
• Book qualified decision-makers onto a demo with our closer
• Select a call disposition after each call. That is your only admin step
• Work your list consistently and keep your pipeline moving

This matters on a commission-only role, so we will be direct about it.

• You are not building the list. Roughly 6,000 contacts across 4,000 organizations are already researched, verified and cleaned. Bad numbers removed, dead addresses removed, non-prospects removed.
• You are not writing follow-up. The follow-up emails and texts send automatically off the disposition you choose, across five touches.
• You are not taking notes. Every call is recorded and transcribed automatically.
• You are not tracking your own activity. Attempt counts and next-call tasks schedule themselves.
• You are not closing. Our closer runs every demo and handles pricing, terms and the partnership agreement.
• You are not doing your own prospecting, cold emailing, or posting on social media to find leads.

Your job is the conversation on the phone. We have taken everything else off your plate so you can spend your time where you actually earn.

• A list of roughly 6,000 verified contacts across 4,000 organizations
• Lists pre-segmented by organization type (clubs, training facilities, tournament and event operators, leagues), with clubs split again by sport, so your pitch always matches who picked up
• A CRM seat, a dialer and a dedicated phone number
• Automatic call recording and transcription
• Automated five-touch email and text follow-up
• Scripts and objection handling for each segment, written and tested in-house
• Direct access to the team, with no manager layer between you and the person who takes your demos

• 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor. $100 per demo held.
• A demo counts as held when the prospect joins the scheduled call with our closer and the call runs. Not when it is booked, and not on a no-show.
• Paid weekly, every Friday, for demos held the previous Monday through Sunday.
• No hourly wage, no salary, no draw.
• No cap on the number of demos you can book.
• Fully remote. US-based applicants only.

• Prior phone sales, cold calling or appointment setting experience, business to business
• Comfortable hearing no and dialing the next number
• Able to hold a conversation with a club director without reading a script word for word
• Reliable and self-directed. Nobody is watching your screen
• A quiet place to call from, a stable internet connection and a headset
• Able to work US business hours across US time zones, because that is when decision-makers answer

• Played college sports, coached, or worked in club or travel sports
• Have worked inside a club, training facility, league or tournament organization
• Have been through the college recruiting process yourself or as a parent
• Have used a CRM (we use GoHighLevel) or a power dialer
• Are bilingual in Spanish and English

If you need a guaranteed wage to cover your bills, want a fixed schedule handed to you, or are looking for a training program to teach you sales from scratch, this is not the right opportunity.

This seat is for somebody who already knows how to work a phone and wants a clean list, a short pitch, and no ceiling.
