NextCommit SMS Opt-In Workflow
This page documents how athletes provide optional, affirmative consent for the NextCommit SMS Notifications program. It is public so carrier and Twilio reviewers can verify the consent workflow used for A2P 10DLC registration.
Program Summary
Program name: NextCommit SMS Notifications. Messages may include account notifications, athlete profile reminders, recruiting checklist updates, coach activity alerts, message alerts, subscription notices, billing notices, and related service updates.
Opt-In Methods
Logged-in onboarding and profile setup
An athlete may enter a mobile phone number during logged-in onboarding or profile setup. SMS consent is collected with a separate unchecked checkbox immediately below the phone number field.
Logged-in notification settings
An existing athlete may later add or confirm a mobile phone number from notification settings and enable SMS notifications with the same separate unchecked checkbox and disclosure language.
Consent Disclosure
I agree to receive recurring SMS notifications from NextCommit about my recruiting profile, checklist progress, coach activity, messages, billing, and account status. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not required to use NextCommit. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
The checkbox is unchecked by default. Users must manually check it to opt in. Users can leave the checkbox unchecked and still use NextCommit.
Important Consent Limits
- NextCommit does not use SMS keyword opt-in for this campaign.
- NextCommit does not use paper forms, QR codes, verbal consent, purchased lists, rented lists, or third-party lead forms for this campaign.
- SMS consent is never required to create an account, purchase a subscription, or use the NextCommit service.

Users can reply HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe. Support is also available at support@nextcommit.ai or through the public contact page.
Policies
SMS terms are included in the public Terms of Service. The Privacy Policy describes how mobile data is handled and states that NextCommit does not sell personal data.
