I respond very well to training, without off season training I dropped over 10 seconds in my 400. And 3 seconds in my 300m hurdles from sophomore to junior year, with my last race only being in. May 15 I am now working in the off season. I am a captain at my schools program. Once I realized i can go somewhere in track i am very committed to practice and i have been in the off season working out and sprinting every day.
