My name is Michael Washington, and football is more than a sport to me—it is a passion and a major part of who I am. My goal is to continue playing football at the collegiate level and compete at the highest level possible. During my freshman season, I broke my right wrist in the very first game. That setback forced me to step back and rethink my relationship with the game. Instead of walking away, I decided to become a true student of football. I dedicated myself to training, studying the game, understanding my position, and finding ways to continue improving both on and off the field. I am a member of the Class of 2028 with a 3.1 cumulative GPA. I am 5'9", 190 pounds, and a three-sport athlete competing in football, basketball, and track. Football is my passion, and I am committed to continuing to develop as an athlete and student. I was recognized by PrepZone as a 2028 Player to Watch and earned Honorable Mention All-Conference honors as a sophomore. These accomplishments motivate me to keep working and improving.
