As a leader on my track and field team, I lead by example through hard work, dedication, and discipline. I encourage my teammates to push themselves, stay focused on their goals, and never give up when things get difficult. I believe in being a dependable teammate, maintaining a positive attitude, and holding myself accountable for my actions. I understand that leadership is not just about being the fastest athlete, but also about supporting others, communicating effectively, and helping the team succeed. I strive to motivate my teammates, learn from my mistakes, and continue improving both on and off the track. My work ethic, determination, and willingness to help others make me a valuable leader and teammate.
