I would describe my work ethic as hardworking and determined. I know that success doesn't come easy, and I have to put in the effort to reach my goals. Being a student-athlete has taught me discipline, responsibility, and how to manage my time. When it comes to leadership, I try to lead by example, encourage my teammates, and be someone others can count on. I understand that being a leader isn't always about being the loudest person, but about doing what's right and helping others succeed. My character is built on respect, loyalty, and honesty. I'm not perfect, and I know I still have room to grow, but I try to learn from my mistakes and become a better person every day. I don't give up easily, and I always try to keep pushing forward no matter what challenges I face.
